Gift vouchers
You determine which amount you want to give as a gift.
The person to whom you offer the voucher uses it
during his stay at the Charles V.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How to use
Contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone.
Let us know what you would like to offer.
Gift cards and vouchers can be personalized to your wishes.
On the same day, we’ll send you an email summarizing your request for confirmation,
with payment instructions (either by bank transfer, or by credit card remotely); payment acts as validation.
As soon as we receive your payment, we send you an email with the gift card or gift voucher you have chosen attached.
You can either print it out and deliver it personally, or send it by e-mail to the person of your choice.
If time does allow, we can send the card or gift voucher, on “cardboard” paper, by post to the address of your choice.
