We were very pleased to participate in the rehabilitation of a ruin that has been transformed into a magnificent residence and table d’hôtes: Le Charles V. During this period of renovation, we forged bonds of sincere friendship and mutual trust.
Michel-Henri & Nadia share our values: they are passionate, rigorous and precise.
Their vision of wine, both modern and traditional, but above all unique and based on human values, was sure to seduce us.
As epicureans, we set our sights on one of the Bouhet family’s darlings: the Beaune 1er Cru “Clos du Roi”.
